[NB 3.2] New build available

Hi,

New build of NetBeans release 3.2 is available at:
<http://www.netbeans.org/downloads.html>

This build only contains a quick bugfix of future incompatibility with JDK 1.4, which would result in incompatible change of the NetBeans OpenAPIs in the next release. There is no change in fuctionality against the previous build.
The change is very minor (name of one method, which is currently not used by any module). So there is no need for download of the new build if you don't develop against the OpenAPIs. However, the OpenAPIs and it's backward compatibility is very important part of the NetBeans project, so we decided to create one more build of the release 3.2.
