Notes to module-owners or member-list creators:
 - As a release engineer, I (rbalada) need commit access to www + all
"stable" modules! And probably to all experimental modules
 - The almost same case (w/o www) is for Karel Nenicka (knenicka),
Michal Zlamal (mzlamal) and Russ Tremain (ffjre)
 - Don't miss QA and sustaining guys
