Upgrade! Content Freeze!

Reminder -- as of today (now) no Web Content on Netbeans.org should be
changed.

The site will continue to be live and any changes to the web content
WILL show up on netbeans.org.

However, the data that we are migrating will be today's cut of data and
thus, when we go live on the upgrade date the web content will exist as
it did today.

If you do, in fact, change the web content from today on, please keep
notes of it and be prepared to make the changes again once we go live.
