The good news is that the bug count was decreased this week to 605! 
The bad news is I cannot announce Beta4, because several serious 
regressions were found. Work on stabilization has started so 
stay tuned; the Beta4 will be announced in following days.

Peter Hrebejk implemented a nice debugging tool: Memory Meter. Try 
it if you suspect that there are some memory leaks in NetBeans.

Should the Runtime tab be visible by default in Explorer or not? 
Speak up if you use it, otherwise it might be turned off by default.

Is it possible to attach a specific compiler type to a folder? No, 
it is not, but in NetBeans 4.0 we will address all these limitations.
