Description : Integrates DCL command files into the IDE.

This module offers DCL script editing and execution capabilities that are fully
integrated within the NetBeans environment. DCL command files can be used to
build, test, and deploy applications.   Execution can be within the NetBeans
IDE or, externally, in an interactive DECterm window.  (Note: DCL Support was
previously combined with OpenVMS C/C++ Compiler support.)

Description : Code development environment for Fortran for OpenVMS.
