Re: Language Plugin Development - HackLang & possiblyTypeScript

OK. The reason to use Maven was to automatically pull down dependencies
from the Maven repositories. But I'm flexible and don't mind either way.
All one has to do with Ant is to manually install the dependencies, which
is trivial, yet another step.
