multiple build host for a raspberry cross compile

Hi,
I'm working with a pi 3 with rasbian and a computer with W7.
I work on different place with different IP for my computer and my pi
192.168.1.15 / 192.168.26.86 for example.
Actually when I make a project in each place it works perfectly , but I would like to use the same project everywhere . When I try to change the build host the option is readonly.
I work always with the same PI , same SD and same computer.
Is there a solution  ?.
