Admin rights to run a plugin? Sorry, no. That looks to suspicious and dangerous. A better idea than to beg for developers is to analyse public open source public yourself. The sources are available freely. Tomcat, Glassfish, Maven, Guava, Apache Commons ... are projects you can analyse.
