Secret number for publishing a plugin...

Hello all,
  I'm having a hard time trying to publish a plugin I've just developed :x .

In the first step here: http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin-publish-step1
I'm supposed to guess a "Secret Number".

Could someone shed some light? Which secret number?
