NetBeans 8.2 reached code freeze

Hello,

I would like to inform you that NetBeans 8.2 reached code freeze on Fri 
9/2 and release branch is being created tonight.

Bug fixing at this phase: P1 and P2s filled before Code Freeze can be 
fixed by developers till P2 cut off date on 9/19. After this milestone 
only P1s selected by QE can be fixed.

RC1 is planned on 9/14.
