Hopefully NetBeans will be released as Apache NetBeans together with
Java 9, during the coming year.

Right now, the repositories to be donated to Apache are being examined
for any problematic parts, e.g., we need to make sure that we donate
only those things that are ours to donate, e.g., not Oracle logos, for
example, and need to make sure there are no source files that are for
whatever reason not appropriate to be donated. Hopefully during the
first months of the year the code will be donated to the official ASF repos.
