What can NetBeans do better for educators than it does now?

Hi, everyone,

Wow, this is one quiet mailing list!

One of the reasons we started this NetBeans in
Education program was to work with educators to
make sure that the IDE meets their needs.  So I've
got a simple question for anybody with ideas:

What could be added to the IDE that would make it
more useful to you in the classroom?  I can think of
assorted things:

 - customized CVS support with some infrastructure
   for managing student assignments (i.e. each student
   checks into their own branch, and there is some
   infrastructure for examining and grading the results)

 - support for distributing assignments, notification,
   etc.

 - email support

Do any of these things sound interesting?  Or do you
already have tools to handle all of this that don't need
replacing.  Are there other ideas out there?

So, who would like to volunteer to be the first non Sun
