Well I am not sure if front page http://testwww.netbeans.org/index_ru.html need to be updated as the 
last version is from 2006-02-15 and I am not aware of any changes in tamplate from which it was 
translated.

But you can help us translate other important pages. Please check out localization status of 
selected nb.org pages here: http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/localisation-status.html Go 
to Russian (ru) row and feel free to translate any page which is highlighted with red - that means 
not translated at all. Following list is taken from that page:
