Inactive library in the Module Manager

Hi!

I've created a Module Suite Projekt and a Library Wrapper for my Maven
based Project and added it to the suite. In the Module Manager/Libraries
is this project library inactive and I can't activate it (this option is
disabled). I can't also add the this project's dependency and access
it's library from other modules. If I click on the other projects and go
to their Properties | Libraries and choose Add dependency, I just can't
find my project library in the list.

How can I make my project library active, so that I could access it from
other modules?
