[] NetBeans 6.5 Russian community localization completed

Dear friends,

As of 10 November, 2009 I would like to announce officially the
completion of the Russian community translation works on NetBeans 6.5.
The translation is complete and is at the repository. Feel free to
make any official announcement or make adjustments to the
www.netbeans.org site to make it apparent and visible.

Spacial thanks to the volunteers who has contributed around 8-15 work
hours (per person) to make the project happen:

The translation and verification is complete for:
- Platform
- Installer
- BaseIDE
- Java SE

Out of scope (not translated):
- Java Web and EE
- Java ME
- Ruby
- C/C++
- PHP
- SOA
- Groovy

Later modules are recommended for translation by professional
translation agency to create initial translation memory (in case there
will be available budget), that can be re-used later for updates.
