Nabble forum linkage provides no descriptions

Does anyone know who has put the mailing lists on Nabble? There are no descriptions with these
proxied forums to the mailing list, and seems to be a large source of confusion for users who
post there as they do not know what to post to which forums nor what the forums purpose is other
than it is a NB forum. We really need to add descriptions to the Nabble forums if at all
possible.
