netbeans.org maintenance tonight/tomorrow

Hi all,

Collab will be taking their data centre down for maintenance tonight/
tomorrow.  The maintenance will last 5 hours, and netbeans.org will be
unavailable during that time.  All services will be unavailable - www,
IZ, email, CVS.  hg.netbeans.org is housed outside of Collab's datacenter
so will be unaffected.

The exact time of the outage will be :

20:00 PST Fri 29 Feb - 01:00 PST Sat 1 Mar
04:00 GMT Sat  1 Mar - 09:00 GMT Sat 1 Mar
05:00 CET Sat  1 Mar - 10:00 CET Sat 1 Mar
07:00 MSK Sat  1 Mar - 12:00 MSK Sat 1 Mar
