Presentation of SWF video file

Hi,

I have prepared a demonstration of one of my blog post

to NetBeans in a SWF video format.  I want to host it on some server
and show the demo in my NetBeans blog.  I have uploaded the video at

Can anyone provide me some hints about how I can embed this SWF file in my
blog?  I tried SWFObject<http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/#expressinstall>but
could not figure out how to embedd a SWF file which is hosted on a
remote server.  The main concern is I do not want to host this file on my
server as it will be a bandwidth hog for me as the video is of 9MB

Any suggestions are welcome.
