Comments on 7.0 design

Hello!

I've had a look at this: http://wiki.netbeans.org/XDesignPlan

At a first glance, I see two issues which don't look fine to me:

(1) Core team / "Kill the Tools menu altogether"
    Not only NB itself uses this menu, but also some external modules.
    Removing the menu might break too much contributed code.

(2) Editor team / "Hide the editor toolbar by default"
    - Are You talking about the main MenuBar (cut & paste) or the
      small ToolBar in the editor window?
    - While I've seen a GUI plan, that the main bar should be hidden by
      default (please make the option easy to be found, I'll make everything
      visible again), I've nothing found about the editor's toolbar.
