Hi,

Well, first of all my apologies for sending this to the whole list, it 
was intented for Jack only (I clicked "Send" too early).

The fact is that I can't find an email copy, so I assume I was using the 
form mechanism. I can't remember (nor have I found) a receipt of the 
request, though.

Maybe I was dreaming of sending my URL instead of actually sending it!?:
