I'll politely suggest that the [email protected] list might be a
better place for ongoing discussion about this.  I've replied there
and only put nbdev in the cc, so just hitting "reply" (rather than
"reply to all") should direct it to the right place.

Perhaps the quickest and easiest way to implement this would be to set
up a page on the existing NetBeans Wiki along the lines of this:

   http://wiki.netbeans.org/HgBugs

It could link to the relevant RFEs filed or documented elsewhere (e.g.
NetBeans BugZilla, Sun Bug Database, jcp.org, W3C, php.org, etc.),
plus allow for additional commentary about how it relates to NetBeans.
 It could be split into multiple pages as it grows in size, or if it
outgrows the Wiki altogether, then it could become a more
full-featured tracking application.
