Re: NetBeans IDE 6.9.1 Available for Download

  Could someone please clarify, e.g. in announcements like this, whether 
those of us who updated all of our plug-ins on top of our 6.9 
installation have any reason to install 6.9.1?  I'd hope/expect that all 
of the updates are available as plug-in updates rather than requiring a 
re-installation -- but all announcements to date have been singularly 
uninformative in this regard.
