Re: Website committer access

For the sake of posterity, I spent a few minutes listing some of the
now-missing Web content I have noticed in the past week or two.  I've
posted it as an issue, rather than using a generic contact form, since
the former allows for dialog:

It's not an exhaustive list by any means, but it should clearly show
that changes in netbeans.org has rendered a number of important design
documents inaccessible.
