Nominations for NetBeans Governance Board

Since my March 4th question about the validity of previous nominations
went unanswered, I will nominate the following people.  This is, per
my calculations, everyone who had been nominated before last Friday
when Oracle finally got around to publishing a schedule for the
elections.  They are listed in alphabetical order by last name:

- Toni Epple
- Fabrizio Giudici
- Michel Graciano
- Anuradha Gunasekara
- Alex Kochnev
- Sven Reimers
- Antonio Vieiro

And since the Governance Board requires a person appointed by Oracle
(thank you for updating the company name), I would like to suggest the
following people to Oracle as being ideal appointees; again, in
alphabetical order by last name:
