Hello NetBeans Community,

Last week, we introduced Sven Reimers and Tom Wheeler as the new 
community-elected members of the NetBeans Governance Board.

The Oracle-appointed third member of the Board has been selected, and is 
NetBeans Engineering Manager *John Jullion-Ceccarelli*.

Congratulations again to Sven, Tom and John, and we wish the new Board a 
good term.
