While I realized it was Jarda who added the press releases in the Wiki, I didn't know that it was "just Jarda" instead of "Jarda on behalf of the NetBeans Team" which is why I asked the question here instead of e-mailing him directly. He did explain earlier in the thread why he stopped publishing them, then noted that this reminded him to write one for what he is working on for 7.1. Now that 7.0 is released and work on 7.1 is starting, I want to ask if others on the NetBeans team also believe in the "Working Backwards" approach. Is someone going from the NetBeans team going to write a press release in the style Jarda describes in his book. If not, why not?
