Polls are open, but where do we vote?

According to various pages on the NetBeans Web site, including these:

Voting for the Governance Board should have started today.  Although
it's still morning in the US, it's well into the afternoon in Europe
and already nighttime in parts of Asia.  However, I can't even find
the candidate profiles on the netbeans.org site, let alone locate the
voting page.

Can the person at Oracle responsible for setting up the elections
please direct us to the candidate profiles and voting pages today?
