Re: NetBeans IDE 7.3 Release Candidate 2 Available for Download

There is apparently a cookie issue on the Kenai/Drupal platform. I have the
same issue when trying to use JIRA, or  file a bug. I know the fix so I
didn't think to report it.

I have included Frank Nikola on the email since he handles Java.net
