The ideal candidate is able to work on extreme projects with tight deadlines

unstructured environment where developers work independently from one

Projects exist in Europe, San Diego, New York and the Midwest. No long term
travel is required but some travel occurs to work with customers face to
face. Most projects require advanced Swing or advanced J2EE development.
