Our client is a leading provider of a J2EE development and deployment
platform. 

We are looking for SENIOR Swing/Netbeans developer to work on the client's
highly strategic, next-generation visual studio UI for their visual
programming environment. 

MUST REQUIREMENTS:
* Unquestionable UI/Swing expertise
* Demonstrable track record of building large-scale
  Swing/UI applications with experience of extending a 
  significant number of standard Swing components 
* Netbeans and/or "Forte for Java" is a BIG PLUS
* Very strong J2EE/Java experience
* OO, Design patterns, MVC pattern
* Must have a USER-FIRST attitude with a 
  real passion for building easy-to-use UIs
