Great suggestions Jack. Anybody interested in writing an article for 
Sprout using this content? If you are interested please let me know asap 
and we will work it into this issue. I agree with Vincent on point 2, 
that we can use the wikis for these types. As to your point (3) I would 
say absolutely yes, this is a good idea.
