This is interesting but I also agree about the comment you made on nbdiscuss. We need to let people know who and how people are using NetBeans.
We are used as a base for many commercial products but the public is largely unaware.

Another action item for nbmarketing : how to get deeper involvement and commitment from partners and brainstorm about how we could work more closely together.
