Sprout 18 and 19 are GO

Hi all,

I wanted to apologise to all translators for the problems and
delays with the last 2 Sprouts.  I have taken the publishing
process over, and I am more than a little busy, so I was slow
to get to it.  The process is also a little tricky, so I took
my time working through it.

Anyway, I've just published NL Sprout 18, and EN, FR, RU, and NL
Sprout 19s to testwww.  Once we've verified there are no glitches
I will send them out to the appropriate lists.  They'll all
propagate to www in ~1hr.

Thanks all for your patience; I'm working to streamline the
process a little, so it wont be quite so difficult to "push the
button" and get a new edition/translation live.

If anyone has any outstanding issues with this or last edition,
please let me know.
