NetBeans- Best Java Debugging Tool 2003

  SYS-CON Media has announced the results of its Readers' Choice Awards
at the Edge 2004 East Conference and & Expo in Boston. Often referred
to as "The Oscars of the Software Industry," NetBeans brought home
the Readers' Choice Award for the Best Java Debugging Tool 2003. This
award is yet another attributed to the latest breakthrough release of
the NetBeans IDE.

It was also recently announced that the NetBeans IDE received the
Developer.com Java Tool of the Year 2003, was a finalist for Open
Source Tool of the Year in addition to the NetBeans Platform being
selected as the Technology of the Year finalist. Polling will begin in
April for the Codie Awards where NetBeans cleared the first round and
is now a finalist in two categories: Best Open Source Product or
Service and Best Software Development Product.
