small Sprout archive bug fixed

Hi all,

Just FYI : there was a bug on the Sprout archive pages, and
the newsletter archive index page, where some translated
Sprouts flags were not showing up - eg all recent NL Sprouts
were not shown.  Rob noticed and reported this, I've just
fixed it.  Fix should propagate in ~2hrs or so.

Affected pages are :

Note that in some places there is no "Translated by" text,
even though a translation exists.  I've had a quick look and
that seems to be bcs the translator was not specified in the
XML.  It seems to be mostly for some recent French translations
...  Vincent, was that intentional, or would you like me to
edit the XML and reimport it, so you show up correctly ?
