Yes, the lines are long, and while HTML on a website is veryvery long, 
but OK, in the HTML source of a localized e-mail I really see what you 
mention: 

....... a long li<?>
!<?>ne

BTW: I checked the previous Edge (Sprout then), and it's also affected 
by the same problem.

I'd propose an easy solution: in the XML sources I usually break every 
90 symbols, so if you just don't strip these breaks, they're enough. 
Automatic break every 80 symbols or so would be better of course.
