Please find attached suggested edits of the text of netbeans-one.html.
Italicized portions relate to the immediately preceding paragraphs or line
items.  Standard usage favors italicized book titles (i.e., Net Beans:  the
Definitive ...). but it, finally, is a matter of publication style.
