Edge 23 going live

Hi all,

Apologies for the delay, but Edge issue 23 is just going
live now :

They will propagate to www soon; once that happens I will

Rob - just FYI, in case you noticed, I had disabled automated
publishing to www yesterday, while working on the new design
stuff.  I'm switching things back on now, sorry for the outage.
