Great!  Thanks for your offer and interest.  Yang Yu has already
replied (thanks Yang!), here's some more info.  Of course it would
be best to co-ordinate with Yang in case he is already working on
any of this.

If you're interested in translating web content, we still need most
of our "essential docs" translated to Chinese.  More info on this

Important points :

- please use "view source" in your browser on the page to
 translate, not "File -> Save As";

- please use UTF-8 encoding;
