Re: Interest in Portuguese IDE Localization

I'm cc'ing nbmarketing@, as this should really go out there, and
just in case there are any other localising people on that list
that we don't know about yet!

Maxym or Vincent, if you think it's worthwhile, maybe you could
forward this to users@ or dev@translatedfiles ?

Great news about Claudio's interest in localising NB, cool!
And I think Rob's right, let's take this opportunity to really
start promoting all your localising efforts more.

This sounds a little vague to me.  How about we prepare a specific
template of info we want.  Each localising team (or person :-)) can
fill in the details of their project, and send it back to Rob and I.
I'll then html-ise it and put it up on www.nb.org, it will be a one-stop
place for info on all localisation efforts.  This hopefully will make
it easier for ppl to see what is going on, get in touch and get 
involved.

If we get it done in time, Rob can mention this in the next Edge.

Here's an idea for the info I'd include.  If you have any other ideas
about what should be here, pls let me know.  You guys are the experts, 
so if these questions don't make sense, or there are better things
to ask/mention, pls let me know.

If the list looks good, pls reply and fill in info for your project!

1) Who's involved in this project (list of whatever you want to put
here : real names, or nb.org login names, or email addresses ...);

2) How should someone get in touch with this team ? (existing localised 
language list?  xyz@translatedfiles list?  Personal email contacts? ...); 

3) localisation of IDE status (not started, x%, done, looking for
help ... not sure what to put here ?);

4) localisation of Edge status (regular translation, need volunteers ...);

5) localisation of website content status (ie how many out of our
short list are done).  Actually I can easily find this out, don't
worry about it.  Just mentioned to show what else will be on the page.

6) any relevant news ...

7) anything else relevant either you or they can think of;
