I also put on line the same presentation, but for the french community.
And I just finished the CVS presentation, but in french.
(In fact, I am working like this:
Screen scrapping,
save it
add comments in french
save it
translate french comments in english
save it
publish them
)
I take me 2, 3 hours to do a nice presentation.

So, as you can see, my first priority is the french community. But it's 
really easy, one you have the presentation, to only change the text and 
translate it in english.

I hope you will find a place where I can put the tutorials.
Feedback of the french community is pretty good. Seems they like it.
A feedback of someone is that I create category (Editor, Versioning, 
...) and target public (beginner, intermediate, expert, gourou).

I think it's a really good idea and will do it in fr.netbeans.org site.
