Hi Manfred,

Yes, we really need to get the timeline sorted out. Rob, let's start
nailing it down as soon as we can.

Good plan, and should be easy AFAIK.

Sounds great! All we need is the content :-) If I can implement Vincent's
suggestion of a seperate story space for localised content, this could go
there, alternatively added to the editorial (as Vincent did this time) will
also work.

Unfortunately this is harder :-/ There is no simple xslt transformation of
the xml, it is a complicated (and very messy) process. It's code I inherited,
and not easy to work with. Additionally, I don't think our current setup of
cvs/xml is the best for the translation work, so I don't want to invest more
time into it. I think we should switch entirely to an online web-based setup,
no cvs, no xml, translate one story at a time, multiple translators can work
simultaneously ... of course that's not ready, and it will take time, but if
you can hold out I really don't want to put more effort into the current (IMO)
dead end setup.

Also sounds good - pls if you have any specific suggestions, mail URLs to
the list.

Thanks for your suggestions Manfred.
