There have not been any problems that I am aware of ... are you still
having problems ?  What exactly happens ?  Are you behind a firewall
or proxy ?

If you are still having trouble, can you copy-paste the output of a
traceroute for me ?

Eg on Windows, do Start -> Run -> cmd

tracert www.netbeans.org

On unix

$ traceroute www.netbeans.org
