Hi Maxym, all, An old thread - Maxym Mykhalchuk wrote: >>>What should be there, on the localized home page, now that the English >>>one has changed so much? I think I agree. The topic of localised home pages, and full sites (eg ru.netbeans.org) came up again internally recently, and I'd like to see more of those sites started. The version of SC we are now using supports Apache's content negotiation of locale - so eg a user with an RU locale who visits nb.org/index.html could automatically be served index_ru.html. That page could for eg then redirect the user to http://ru.netbeans.org/. Just an idea. Anyway - anyone interested in setting up their own language site, like Vincent has done for http://fr.netbeans.org/ ? The requirements we originally discussed was simply to have all of the "essential docs" listed here : http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/localise.html translated, and enough interest in setting up and maintaining the site. -- Jack Catchpoole NetBeans/Sun Microsystems http://www.netbeans.org/
