have seen the HOWTO. This page also mentions some important pages, of
which not all are translated into Portuguese:
1. Out of http://www.netbeans.org/community/lists/... only the main
page is translated
2. Contribute help pages
http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/... are not translated
3. NetBeans Sources page http://www.netbeans.org/community/sources/ is
not translated

So you may pick any of the above or any other www.netneans.org page
and translate them.

P.S. You may want to join [email protected] (an e-mail
to  [email protected]), I think there are
some people there who already did some Portuguese translations of
webcontent.
