I remember that page, the admin tried to set it up two times before,
(lately the page was down, now it's up again). He's persistent, I like
that. :-)

AND something changed for the better: The admin responded to my feedback
and is no longer using babelfish to translate nb.org blurbs, seems he
takes his time now to proof-read what he publishes.

It's not about being a grammar Nazi (sorry for the pun), but his first
blurbs were just plain unintelligible word-by-word translations -- now
the page can be read fluently and is much more promising.

But we still don't have any real forum to advertise foreign-language
stuff, do we? I can blog about his forum, he can mention it on nbusers,
I could link it from the German index page if you don't mind -- what
else? Any motivational message to him? ;-)

BTW, I checked the French index page, and not even they have a link to
their cool developpez.org forum there... Any general decision on where
to place links to external foreign-language community forums?
