yup, I assume it's server side problem as well. The Netbeans cvs is a bit different from standard cvs. It has another layer/wrapper that takes care of access rights and maybe more, so I'd assume it's server problem. There were related problems lately reported and I think there are some bugs reported against the collab.net support.
