cvswrappers

Hi,

I am finding out that the javaCVS client does not seem to honor .cvswrappers
setting on the server. I tracked the code down to 
org.netbeans.lib.cvsclient.command.importCmd.ImportCommand class and notice
that the wrappers map is not populated at all. Neither is any call made to
addWrapper(String filenamePattern, KeywordSubstitutionOptions
keywordSubstitutionOptions). 

I searched the issues and did not find this one. Is this a known issue? Are
there any plans to fix it? Also does anyone have suggestions on the right
way to read the .cvswrappers on the server and populate the map.
