rannotate, rlog and rtag are already implemented. In the latest version of the
library:
java -jar cvslib.jar --help-commands
lists the supported commands.

rdiff is not yet implemented, but IMHO it should not be much hard to add it.
Please file an enhancement for javacvs/library.
