branches merging problem

Hello, is there any known issue when merging using double -j and removing 
files? I modifiy, add, and remove files, and when using the double -j option 
it all works but the removes, which doent seem to propagate. Is there any 
known issue about it, before I start debugging my own severely tweaked 
code? :P
